Questions

Every package includes the full vintage shoe shine station, a tailored attendant in white shirt and black tie, professional-grade polish and conditioning, a setup and breakdown crew, and cologne and breath mint service for guests. We arrive sixty minutes before the scheduled start and break down quietly at the end.
Match the package to your guest count and event length. The Gentleman fits events up to 75 guests over 3 hours. The Dapper is our most-booked option and fits weddings up to 150 guests over 4 hours with two stations. The Black Tie is for galas, mitzvahs, and weddings with 150+ guests, and it includes VIP service for the wedding party and a dedicated planning call. If you are unsure, send us your event details and we will recommend.
Yes. Additional hours and a third station with attendant are available as add-ons on any package. Pricing is coordinated when you confirm the date.
Cancellations sixty or more days before your event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations between thirty and sixty days receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within thirty days are non-refundable, as the date has been held for you. The Black Tie package includes extended flexibility — full refund up to thirty days before the event, and free date changes at any time subject to availability.
A fifty percent deposit holds your date. The balance is due seven days before the event. We will send a deposit invoice once we confirm availability for your date.
No. The package price is a flat event fee. There is no travel surcharge for any event in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. For events outside our standard service area, we will quote travel up front before you book.
Yes. Black Tie Shine carries $1 million in general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance naming your venue as additionally insured are available on request at no charge.
