Reserve Your Date
A 20% deposit locks your booking. We walk through the venue details, timing, and finishing touches.

We Arrive
Sixty minutes before your first guest. Set up, dressed accordingly, ready to make every gentleman look sharper than he came.

Pricing Questions
The Reception is a flat $900 for three hours: the full vintage shoe shine station, a tailored attendant in black tie, professional-grade polish and conditioning, cologne and breath mint service for guests, and full setup and breakdown timed with your planner. One station serves roughly 25 gentlemen per hour. We arrive sixty minutes before the scheduled start and break down quietly at the end.
The Groom's Suite is a flat $900 for two hours, morning or afternoon, wherever the groom and his party are getting dressed. The signature shine is the centerpiece — every shoe in the party — and the service covers whatever it takes to get the men photo-ready: jackets and shirts steamed and pressed, ties straightened, and a stocked groom's rescue kit for last-minute fixes, while we keep the groom's side on schedule for the photographer.
Book The Groom's Suite and The Reception for the same wedding and the full day is $1,500 instead of $1,800. We handle the getting-ready service in the morning or afternoon, then return with the full station for cocktail hour and the reception.
The Reception. The Groom's Suite is a wedding service built around the groom and his party. For bar and bat mitzvahs, galas, and corporate events, The Reception brings the full station and attendant to your cocktail hour, and add-ons like extended hours or a second station cover larger guest counts.
Yes. Extended hours, a second station with attendant, custom guest favors, extra time in the suite, and larger wedding parties are all available as add-ons. Pricing is quoted with your availability check.
Cancellations sixty or more days before your event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations between thirty and sixty days receive a fifty percent refund. Cancellations within thirty days are non-refundable, as the date has been held for you. Date changes are accommodated subject to availability at no additional charge when requested thirty or more days in advance.
A twenty percent deposit locks your booking. The balance is due seven days before the event. We will send a deposit invoice once we confirm availability for your date.
No. The price is a flat event fee. There is no travel surcharge for any event in Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties. For events outside our standard service area, we will quote travel up front before you book.
Yes. Black Tie Shine carries $1 million in general liability coverage. Certificates of insurance naming your venue as additionally insured are available on request at no charge.
