Black Tie Shine belongs in that tradition. A vintage leather shoe shine chair, a tailored attendant, and a few-minute moment that fits the equestrian formality. We know the Polo Club calendar in season. We arrive early, set up where the planner wants us, and leave the room better than we found it.

Reserve Your Date

A 20% deposit locks your booking. We walk through the venue details, timing, and finishing touches.

We Arrive

Sixty minutes before your first guest. Set up, dressed accordingly, ready to make every gentleman look sharper than he came.

We are available at every major Wellington venue, including the International Polo Club Palm Beach, Wellington National Golf Club, the Wanderers Club, Palm Beach Polo, Binks Forest, the Wellington Equestrian Preserve, the Global Dressage Festival grounds, and Grand Champions Polo. If your venue is not on this list, we still serve it.
Yes. We regularly work in tented ceremonies, barn receptions, and outdoor equestrian weddings. Our station is portable and we coordinate flooring, power, and placement with the venue in advance.
No. Wellington is part of our standard service area. Our flat package pricing applies. There is no travel surcharge for any Wellington club, equestrian venue, or private estate.
We arrive sixty minutes before our scheduled start. For Saturday afternoon polo-day weddings, we factor in club gate access and polo-match timing and plan accordingly.
Yes. We coordinate setup, timing, and breakdown directly with your planner or club coordinator. We have working relationships with several leading Wellington equestrian event planners and adapt to whatever production process they prefer.
