Black Tie Shine fits that scale. A vintage leather shoe shine chair, a tailored attendant, and a few-minute moment that grounds a sky-high evening in something tactile. We work the major Collins Avenue towers regularly. We arrive early, find the spot the photographer keeps returning to, and leave the room better than we found it.

Yes. We regularly work in tower amenity floors, sky lounges, and rooftop terraces in Sunny Isles. Our station fits any indoor or covered outdoor space and we coordinate placement with the residence manager in advance.
No. Sunny Isles Beach is part of our standard service area. Our flat package pricing applies. There is no travel surcharge for any Sunny Isles tower, resort, or private residence.
We arrive sixty minutes before our scheduled start. For Saturday evenings in season, we factor in Collins Avenue traffic and tower service-elevator access and plan accordingly.
Yes. We coordinate setup, timing, and breakdown directly with your planner or building event coordinator. We have working relationships with several leading Sunny Isles planners and adapt to whatever production process they prefer.
