A 20% deposit locks your booking. We walk through the venue details, timing, and finishing touches.

Yes. We regularly work in historic ballrooms, courtyard ceremonies, and Mediterranean Revival venues throughout The Gables. Our station is tailored to those rooms and we coordinate placement with the venue in advance.
No. Coral Gables is part of our standard service area. Our flat package pricing applies. There is no travel surcharge for any Coral Gables hotel, country club, or private venue.
We arrive sixty minutes before our scheduled start. For Saturday evenings, we factor in US-1 and Ponce de Leon traffic and plan accordingly.
Yes. We coordinate setup, timing, and breakdown directly with your planner or venue coordinator. We have working relationships with several leading Coral Gables planners and adapt to whatever production process they prefer.
