Black Tie Shine is the detail Bal Harbour clients recognize. A vintage leather shoe shine chair, a tailored attendant, and a few-minute moment that does not interrupt the evening, it adds to it. We are local. We arrive early, work where the planner wants us, and leave the room better than we found it.

The same goes for galas, corporate events, and mitzvahs. If the room is black tie, the shine fits.

A 20% deposit locks your booking. We walk through the venue details, timing, and finishing touches.

We are available at every major Bal Harbour venue, including The St. Regis Bal Harbour, The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, the Sea View Hotel, the Carillon, the Bal Harbour Beach Club, and oceanfront residences like Oceana, Majestic Tower, St. Regis Beachside, and Bellini. If your venue is not on this list, we still serve it.
Yes. We regularly set up at Bal Harbour oceanfront ceremonies and beachfront cocktail hours. Our station is built for wind exposure and we coordinate placement with the venue in advance.
No. Bal Harbour is part of our standard service area. Our flat package pricing applies. There is no travel surcharge for any Bal Harbour hotel, residence tower, or private estate.
We arrive sixty minutes before our scheduled start. For Saturday evenings in season, we factor in Collins Avenue traffic and the Broad Causeway and plan accordingly.
Yes. We coordinate setup, timing, and breakdown directly with your planner or venue coordinator. We have working relationships with several leading Bal Harbour planners and adapt to whatever production process they prefer.
