The kid is the centerpiece, but the adult cocktail hour is its own production.

A vintage leather shoe shine chair, a tailored attendant, and a few-minute moment that lands during the cocktail hour while the kids are dancing. Fathers, grandfathers, uncles, the bar mitzvah boy himself. It is the kind of detail the family talks about a year later.

We work directly with mitzvah planners on timing, placement, and tone. We know which side of the Turnberry ballroom photographs best. We know to step back when the speeches start. We arrive early, work where the planner wants us, and leave the room better than we found it.

We serve mitzvahs across Aventura, Boca Raton, Hollywood, Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, Sunny Isles, and the rest of South Florida. Major regular venues include JW Marriott Turnberry, Aventura Country Club, B'nai Torah Congregation, Boca West, the Polo Club, the Diplomat Beach Resort, the St. Regis Bal Harbour, Temple Beth Sholom, and Temple Emanu-El of Palm Beach. If your venue is not on this list, we still serve it.
Mitzvahs run on two parallel tracks: the kid party and the adult cocktail hour. The shine experience lands squarely in the second one. It gives the fathers, grandfathers, and uncles a tactile, photo-worthy moment while the kids are on the dance floor. It also doubles as an honoring of the bar mitzvah boy, an Old-World touch that fits the tradition.
Yes. Mitzvah planners are most of our intake. We coordinate timing, placement, and tone directly with the planner or venue coordinator, and we adapt to whatever production process they prefer. We know how to integrate without crowding the room or competing with the band.
Most commonly during the adult cocktail hour and into the early reception, when adult guests are most engaged. We arrive sixty minutes before the planner's scheduled start to allow for setup, and we coordinate timing around the bar mitzvah boy or bat mitzvah girl's portraits, the candle lighting, and the speeches.
Mitzvahs book The Reception: a flat $900 for three hours with one vintage station and one attendant, serving roughly 25 guests per hour. For larger guest counts, add-ons like extended hours or a second station and attendant are quoted with your availability check. There is no travel fee for mitzvahs at any South Florida venue.
